Spinning out of Dynamite's Project Superpowers universe, Hero Killers #2 arrives with a cover that's equal parts swagger and satire — three costumed figures posed against bold red, white, and blue panels, with a skull-and-crossbones-clad central figure flanked by a golden-suited hero on the left and a star-spangled one on the right.
