Prize Comics Western #119

The American Eagle story follows a clever scheme in which two outlaws plan to rob the Nogales Bank by splitting up a pursuing posse: while the posse chases them south toward the Mexican border, the outlaws double back north to strike the bank in the town of Goldville. The plot is discovered when one outlaw accidentally reveals a piece of saddle with information about the treasure map, leading to his exposure as "Drifter" Garrison, a man long suspected of having hidden loot from a ghost town decades earlier. The American Eagle and his allies work to apprehend the criminals and recover the stolen treasure before the outlaws can escape.
