This anthology issue contains at least two stories: one featuring Frankenstein and vampires in New York, where vampires plot to keep Frankenstein alive as a food source and attempt to rent an apartment in the city; and "Yank and Doodle," starring the Black Owl, in which a hunter pursues valuable old paintings that have been stolen, with Yank, Doodle, and the Black Owl taking up the chase, resulting in an adventure filled with thrills and danger.
