Prize Comics #20

Prize Comics #20 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. One story involves a gang led by Doctor Frost who plans to steal secret military plans related to an airplane motor silencer and sell them to a submarine commander; a hero intervenes, and the gang members escape via parachute but are pursued. Another story, titled "Mutzik" by Crest Wood, is a prose narrative about a boy's beloved dog who transforms from a gentle pet into a fierce fighter after being attacked by a neighbor's vicious Mongrel, and who thereafter becomes protective and aggressive toward all black dogs he encounters.
