Prize Comics #65 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "Frankenstein—The Merry Monster" depicts the creature watching a boxing broadcast of Joe Loris defending his championship title and consuming Meaty-Wheats cereal, after which Frankenstein enters the ring and defeats Loris to become the new world champion. "Not So Dumb" by Irv Werstein follows Patrolman Charley Marshall, the Commissioner's neglected nephew, as he struggles with his duties and the mental demands of police work. An additional story involves a pig character named Porky negotiating with ducks over food, eventually securing a promise of frog legs and later a duck dinner.
