Prize Comics #23

Prize Comics #23 is an anthology featuring "Ted of the Rag," a wartime story set on Wake Island where a small band of heroic American Marines holds prisoner a Japanese Jabs for weeks, enduring enemy attacks and fortified positions, until an American and English officer decide to take a captured Japanese soldier to read the Jabs' plans and learn of Ted O'Neill and Hinky Davis's amazing exploits. The issue also includes "Uncle Sam's Battling Nephews," a patriotic adventure with Yank and Doodle attacking the Japanese, alongside other comic features in this wartime-themed publication.
