Power Rangers: Infinity #1
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePower Rangers: Infinity #1 is the first appearance of both Lola Navarro, a civilian Power Rangers super-fan thrust into multiversal adventure, and the Infinity Force — a wholly original team of Rangers drawn from across the Morphin Grid. Published as a standalone one-shot in the immediate aftermath of BOOM! Studios' decade-ending 'Darkest Hour' arc, the issue deliberately pivots the franchise's comic-book voice toward self-aware, comedic storytelling, signaling a new creative direction for the line. It represents one of the boldest tonal experiments in BOOM! Studios' nearly decade-long stewardship of the Power Rangers license, using the multiverse as both spectacle and a framework for a character-driven story about fandom, confidence, and belonging.

The issue was announced in May 2024 and positioned explicitly as a follow-up to 'Darkest Hour,' the 30th-anniversary conclusion of the long-running BOOM! Studios Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series. Writer Sam Humphries — known for his DC work on Green Lanterns and Harley Quinn — was brought in alongside artist duo Brandt&Stein (known for their indie series Crowded) to deliver something tonally distinct from the mainline book. Editor Allyson Gronowitz, who oversaw the final run of the core series, shepherded this one-shot as part of a broader transitional publishing moment for the Power Rangers comics line at BOOM! Studios.
