Porky Pig #25
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis 1952 Dell entry finds Porky Pig in a blue uniform and cap, wide-eyed and startled as he pulls a brick from a wall — revealing what appears to be a hidden cache of treasure — while a dapper little mouse in a top hat and green coat looks on with a cane in hand. Ralph Heimdahl's cover art brings the Monte Cristo parody to life with bright, cheerful colors and wonderfully expressive characters straight out of the Looney Tunes tradition. A delightful slice of early-'50s all-ages comics humor with a literary twist.
