When Hedgerow Huppy, the eccentric inventor, flees from two foreign agents, he entrusts his most peculiar creation—a hypnotic teaching-machine designed to make a man think and act like an animal—to Porky Pig and Cicero Pig for safekeeping. Now, with the device in their hands and the agents closing in, the duo must figure out how to keep it hidden while navigating the strange, unpredictable effects it might unleash.
