Pondus is back on the pitch in this sixth installment of Reservlags-serien, Egmont's beloved Scandinavian football comedy series. The cover bursts with chaotic energy as a yellow-kitted goalkeeper makes a wild, acrobatic leap for the ball, surrounded by a crowd of wonderfully expressive, rubbery-faced players jostling for position. Frode Øverli's cartooning is in fine form here, capturing the gloriously shambolic spirit of Sunday-league football that has made Pondus such a enduring favourite.
