Police Against Crime #8

Detective Lieutenant Dan Coffey is assigned to the Prison Detail to prevent an escape by gang leader Killer Klepp, who is planning to break out through an unused door in the prison's Tombs section. Coffey stakes out the location and confronts Klepp during the escape attempt, resulting in Klepp's capture. In a separate story, "The Case of the Missing Martian," a private detective investigates a mysterious Martian figurine that appears to be an extraterrestrial artifact, leading him through a complex case involving missing persons and stolen valuables.
