This volume continues the Hoenn region saga based on the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire video games, collecting the second half of the storyline where Ruby and Sapphire face new threats tied to the legendary Pokémon Groudon and Kyogre. The action picks up with escalating battles against Team Aqua and Team Magma, as the trainers' bonds with their Pokémon are tested amid the looming primal reawakening.
