The finale of Joe Hill's Hill House Comics deep-sea horror series arrives with a cover by Jeremy Wilson that says everything without showing much at all — a lone vessel spiraling helplessly into a vast, blood-red abyss textured with dark, hollow shapes that suggest something ancient and enormous lurking just beneath perception. The minimalist design is quietly unnerving, that tight white spiral pulling the eye downward with an almost hypnotic dread. With art by Stuart Immonen and colors by Dave Stewart inside, this sixth issue brings the mature-readers DC Black Label series to its close in genuinely unsettling fashion.
