Plastic Man faces off against Iron Fist, a ruthless Red agent, and his "Trio of Tyranny" in a story spanning multiple locations. After a brutal confrontation where Iron Fist's steel-reinforced fist nearly defeats the hero, Plastic Man pursues the villains to a fake flying saucer scam operation, where he recognizes Iron Fist's men working on the con. The adventure culminates when Plastic Man encounters the Monster of Llendwymorra, a fearsome creature that initially threatens to devour him but ultimately becomes an ally after learning of their shared connection to the hero.
