# Planet Comics #63 Synopsis This anthology issue features "Lost World," in which Hunt and his patrol team battle to preserve their citadel of Paradise from volcanic vengeance, and "Star Pirate," by Len Dodson, about a lone woman who emerges from the shadows of her spaceship's vaults and broadcasts a distress signal, leading the Star Pirate and his crew to her rescue—though their rough handling of the beautiful castaway proves problematic when she turns out to be connected to charity efforts on their destination world.

In the Lost World, Hunt Bowman runs a school at Annapolis dedicated to teaching young Earthpeople how to resist their Voltan oppressors through knowledge and science, but when a hunting expedition goes dangerously wrong, the operation faces a threat from an unexpected direction. As Bowman battles to survive an encounter in the field, a careless mistake back at the school—involving a captured Voltan weapon—puts everyone's freedom at risk. With Aztarn's forces circling ever closer, the very refuge Bowman built hangs in the balance between sanctuary and disaster.
