In the stark, sun-baked frontier of 1881, a young Sioux woman known as White Rabbit is forced on a grueling journey to Fort Laramie under the guard of a delusional British soldier. Along the way, she crosses paths with the enigmatic Paper Man, a figure of quiet mystery and quiet sorrow, and as the miles stretch on, an unexpected bond begins to form between them. Their fragile connection unfolds against a landscape of dust and danger, where every shadow could hide a threat—and every moment might be their last.
