June is a respected columnist for 'Girls Club' magazine. The other girls decide to play a trick on her by arranging a fake awards ceremony for her at Lord Hombely's mansion which now belongs to some bankers. Betty's agent friend agrees to let her use the place, but is a very busy and absent-minded man. Later, he agrees to let another man use the place to give a party for some foreign dignitaries. June gets wind of the trick the girls are planning, but doesn't realize the party at the mansion has nothing to do with her friends.
