Peter Porkchops #27
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeDC's "America's Favorite Pig" is up to his snoozing best in this March 1954 issue, with Otto Feuer's cover catching Peter fast asleep on an ottoman — a bowl of fruit and a tray of goodies sitting temptingly on the table beside him. Meanwhile, a wily wolf is crawling through the open window under the night sky, exclaiming "Boy! Here's my chance to step right into a mouthful of goodies!", while a watchful bulldog lurks just inside, clearly unimpressed by the intruder's big plans. With a setup this delightfully mischievous, "Disguise the Limit!" promises the kind of cheerful cartoon chaos that made Peter Porkchops such a treat in the early 1950s.
