Todd and Craig's The Perhapanauts arrives at Image with a first issue that throws its ragtag team of cryptid investigators straight into the deep end. Craig Rousseau's cover frames the squad — a hulking Bigfoot-like creature up front, a glowing blue ghost, a small green goblinoid, a human woman, and a goggle-wearing teammate — all hemmed in by massive shadowy creatures with glowing red eyes lurking on either side. It's an immediately charming ensemble with real danger pressing in from all angles, setting a tone that blends creature-feature fun with genuine team camaraderie.
