Penny #3

This anthology issue contains two stories by artist Haenigsen. "Penny" follows a young woman who attempts to send expensive flowers to her cousin Blanche Custer's housewarming party after learning that Blanche's elopement was actually a kidnapping; Penny must visit the florist to find an affordable arrangement suitable for the occasion. "Our Bill" depicts a man caught in a rainstorm who seeks shelter and worries about reaching home before his mother discovers his drenched condition.
