This February 1966 Marvel gem finds Patsy and Hedy looking every bit the stylish career girls they are, dressed to impress at what the cover promises is "Nan's Swingin' Engagement Party" — while a confident, leather-jacketed young man rolls up on his motorcycle to steal the spotlight. Al Hartley's clean, lively linework (inked here with Frank Giacoia) perfectly captures the breezy mid-sixties social energy, from the crowd of partygoers milling in the background to the girls' knowing glances at the arriving "Groovy Galahad of the Cycle Set." With interior story "No More Tears!" from writer Roy Thomas and artist Al Hartley, plus the tantalizing promise of a brand-new career for our heroines, this issue serves up a cheerful, fashionable slice of Marvel's lighter side.
