In response to Be Kind to Animals Week, Inky and Dinky ruin Kitty's TV set. They make up for it by presenting Kitty with a cute little lost puppy. Kitty loves the puppy so much that Inky and Dinky do their part for Be Kind to Animals Week while simultaneously trying to make Kitty happier still. Things don't go as planned.
