This comic presents biblical parables in sequential art form. The visible stories include "The Lost Sheep," in which a shepherd rejoices upon finding his lost sheep; "The Good Samaritan," depicting a traveler robbed and beaten on the road to Jericho, passed by a priest but aided by a compassionate Samaritan; and "The Prodigal Son," showing a young man who travels to a far country, squanders his inheritance in riotous living, and faces famine before his redemption. "The Parable of the Vineyard" is also presented, illustrating a householder who plants a vineyard, hedges it, builds a winepress and tower, then entrusts it to bandmen while he travels to a far country.
