Mr. Timmy has a toothache and heads to the dentist. The extraction goes badly and he deflates. After being thrown out, he is taken to Wang Fu who tries to re-inflate him, but only succeeds in washing him down the drain. He is rescued by two cats who take him away in the sewers.
