Ozzie attempts to impress Miss Winslow by painting her portrait, but accidentally splashes paint on her repeatedly while working. When Miss Winslow asks Ozzie and Babs to help her select a lucky girl for an advertising agency position, Ozzie receives contact information and hopes to help her win. The next day, Babs eagerly awaits mail from the agency, but when Ozzie attempts to pull electrical switches to distract her from checking the mailbox, he causes a massive explosion that destroys the building.
