In "Orbiter," writer Warren Ellis and artist Colleen Doran deliver a haunting, grounded sci-fi mystery: the Space Shuttle Venture returns to Earth a decade after vanishing, its sole survivor John Cost the only living link to its lost crew. As an investigative team probes the shuttle’s bizarre return, they uncover a strange, organic skin encasing the vessel—hinting at a secret that could redefine humanity’s reach into space. Colleen Doran’s evocative interior art and cover, rendered in her signature style, anchor the story’s eerie, intimate tone.
