Part of the beloved De Labourdets series, this eighth installment — "Bompa Gaat Op Reis" — finds the endearing Bompa striding across an airport tarmac, luggage in hand and clearly ready for adventure. Behind him, a smartly dressed young man, a flight attendant, and crew members follow, with a striking red-and-white propeller aircraft filling the background. Created by Francine and Jean Graton, this 2007 entry in the Onuitgegeven Toppers collection is a charming addition to the series for fans of warmhearted Belgian comics.
