Olympus Mons #5

The fifth chapter of Bec and Raffaele's hard-edged science-fiction series arrives with a cover by Pierre Loyvet that immediately commands attention: two figures stand on a desolate, debris-strewn landscape, one in the foreground with their back turned and another slightly behind in a glowing suit, while a massive, angular spacecraft looms ominously overhead in a darkened sky. Subtitled "In de schaduw van de zon" ("In the Shadow of the Sun"), this 2021 Daedalus release carries the weight of that title visually — the colossal vessel casting its shadow over the two small human forms below feels genuinely foreboding.
