Oh Boy! Comics #23

The Boy Commando discovers criminals impersonating him and framing him for crimes, forcing him to fight criminals while clearing his name. In a separate story, a boy encounters a magical genie in a bottle who grants wishes, leading to comedic transformations including the boy becoming a giant. A third story follows a group of masked heroes rescuing an elderly artist who has been attacked and kidnapped, discovering he is still alive and pursuing his attackers through the woods.
