Lorenzo De Felici's cover for Oblivion Song #4 is a masterclass in scale and dread — a colossal, grotesquely organic creature dominates the composition, its vast body rendered in sickly greens and writhing, vein-like tendrils that seem to stretch endlessly. Tiny human figures stand dwarfed at the creature's core, bathed in an eerie glow that makes their vulnerability feel almost unbearable.
