O.K. Comics #1 is an anthology featuring multiple classic adventure and superhero stories. "Little Giant" follows a boy marvel named Rusty who battles a large antagonist, eventually carrying an injured man named Butch to safety from a moving train after a confrontation. "Pal Peyton and His Flying Fortress" depicts an ex-college athlete who inherits a fortune, purchases a giant bombing plane, and recruits adventurous young men to address international disputes and protect U.S. interests in Latin America, with the story showing the flying fortress under construction at a military hangar. Additional stories featured in the issue include "Phantom Knight," "Sunset Smith," "Teller Twins," "Don Ramon of the Rurales," "Jerry Bly the Gadget Guy," "Kip Jaxon of the Varsity," "Leatherneck," and "Further Adventures of Ulysses," with the latter depicting travelers who discover a magical island ruled by an enchantress named Clea who transforms guests into beasts.
