"Nuts!" #2 is an anthology comic featuring "That Crazy Madcap" as the primary story, in which a man with a fondness for drinking discovers his wife is having an affair with their doctor, leading to comedic chaos when he attempts to confront them at a nightclub. The issue also includes "Come Back Little Feba," a crime story in which a detective named Marvin Shame pursues a criminal named Roxey through various confrontations involving gunfire and a mob, ultimately tracking him down after he flees to China. The comic is interspersed with advertisements, including a mail-order loan service pitch from State Finance Company.
