In a post-nuclear world, Jinzai -- the last of the Endurers-- has come to slay his Sensei at the request of his employers, Yamagata and the Council. The sensei reveals the history of the world to Jinzai and the true nature of the Council. It is a life-changing moment for Jinzai. Jinzai completes his mission -- instructed to do so by his sensei-- and wards off an attack by Yami Doko before escaping.
