This anthology issue contains at least two stories: "The Undersea Explorer," featuring a submarine commander named Dan Vickerson who encounters a giant sea serpent while exploring underwater and uses an electro-bolt to defend his vessel, only to discover upon his return that all his crew has mysteriously died; and "A Will from the Grave," in which the ghost of deceased farmer James L. Chaffin appears to his son and directs him to a Bible containing a second will that overturns the first, revealing the father's true final wishes. A third story, "The Murderer's Mask," depicts sinister events in an antique shop where masked figures scheme, with dialogue referencing a butler, an uncle, and a doctor involved in some dark conspiracy.
