The cover by Juan Ferreyra sets a striking, watercolor-washed tone as Harley Quinn — mallet raised and grinning — strides alongside a roller-derby-styled figure in red, while a more composed woman in a lab coat and two vulnerable-looking civilians occupy the lower half of the composition. That bloodied, severed head impaled on a spike in the corner makes clear this is no ordinary mission briefing. Sean Ryan, Ronan Cliquet, and Blond bring "Blank Space" to DC's September 2016 lineup, and the cover's mix of chaos and cool promises the Squad is every bit as dangerous to the people around them as they are to their targets.
