In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and older man watches the news and listens to the reports. He goes for a walk, and sees a street musician listening to the news on a radio while his saxophone sits beside him. The older man asks to borrow the saxophone, and then begins to play jazz music, and the street musician turns off his radio to listen to the jazz music and other passersby also begin to gather and listen to the music.
