This December 1945 Dell anthology brings together a cheerful roster of Walter Lantz characters — Andy Panda, Oswald, Woody Woodpecker, Lil Eight Ball, and Raggedy Ann — all spotlighted on the bright yellow character-strip sidebar. The cover scene is pure slapstick delight: Woody Woodpecker, seated in an armchair, gets an unexpected jolt from an electric cord while Oswald looks on with wide-eyed curiosity beside a floor lamp.
