New Excalibur #24
In "Two Captains, One Destiny...", Chris Claremont and Jeremy Haun deliver a gripping clash of wills as Brian and Albion face off in a battle that tests loyalty, identity, and the cost of power. With Excalibur, Lionheart, and the remnants of Shadow-X fighting to free Sage from her Britannia persona, the stakes rise when Nocturne and Shadow-X Jean Grey uncover the device that drained England’s technology—leading to a sacrifice that reshapes the nation’s future. The cover by Billy Tan captures the intensity of the moment, while the story’s emotional weight is matched by the sharp, dynamic art of Haun and the nuanced inking of Meikis and Hennessy.
