The eleventh volume of Bertschy's beloved Belgian series finds the irrepressible orange troublemaker Nelson gleefully bursting out of an open suitcase at what looks like a customs checkpoint — much to the horror of a wide-eyed woman and the exasperation of a bald security officer whose police cap goes flying. Fléau sans Frontière ("Scourge Without Borders") promises the same mischievous, fast-paced humor that has made this Dupuis series a delight, with Nelson apparently taking his chaos on the road in 2011.
