Written, drawn, and inked by Arn Saba, this 1984 Aardvark-Vanaheim issue blends whimsy and mystery, with replies from Neil, Soapy, and Mam'selle Poupee, plus ads for a Neil the Horse t-shirt, original art, and A-V in 3-D. The cover, also by Arn Saba, captures the wild energy of the tale.
