Mystery Men Comics #14 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "The Blue Beetle" involves the hero stopping a policeman from being run over by a truck. "Lt. Drake of the U.S. Naval Intelligence" follows Drake as he disguises himself as an unemployed sailor to infiltrate a suspicious ship and uncover foreign spies attempting to steal stolen airplane plans. The story also includes Wing, Drake's associate, who boards the aircraft while Drake goes undercover, with the men engaging in combat against the espionage threat.
