"My Secret" #2 is an anthology of romance stories. "Love on the Wrong Side of the Tracks" follows a girl from a wealthy family who falls for a poor boy from the other side of town, but social class pressures keep them apart. "I Knew a Loathsome Love!" tells of Helene Fleming, daughter of famous flying performers, who falls in love with Dan, a college student working at a carnival, but her strict parents' disapproval and his own indifference lead her to abandon the relationship. A third story involves a woman named Jennie who becomes entangled in a scheme with a man named Fred to stage photographs of infidelity to secure a divorce and obtain money, but she ultimately rejects this plan.
