Natsumi Ito's charming seinen series continues with this second volume, and the cover sets a wonderfully warm tone — a tall, smiling young man presents a large ribbon-tied teddy bear and a rose to a delighted young woman in a powder-blue period coat and matching hat, the two of them framed by the gilded lattice doors of what appears to be an elevator. There's an easy, playful chemistry between the two figures that hints at the romance woven through the mystery.
