Murderworld: Spider-Man #1

Four Spider-heroes swing and scramble across a forest floor littered with skulls — the classic red-and-blue Spider-Man hangs upside down at center, Ghost-Spider drops in from the upper left, Spider-Man 2099 crouches at lower left, and a guitar-toting Spider-Man in a jacket holds his ground at lower right, while a dark figure in pink lurks in the treetops above. Paco Medina's cover sets a vivid, unsettling tone: the warm amber sky and ominous bone-strewn ground make it instantly clear that Murderworld is no ordinary amusement park deathtrap. Written by Jim Zub and Ray Fawkes with interior art by Farid Karami and colors by Chris Sotomayor, "Just Like Flies" promises a Spider-verse ensemble with genuine stakes.
