Muppet Babies #22

The Muppet Babies head into the jungle in this 1988 Marvel outing, and Marie Severin's cover captures the chaos perfectly — baby Animal swings wildly through the vines letting out a thunderous "KA-REEGAN!!" while Miss Piggy, Kermit, Gonzo, and several other little Muppets look on from the undergrowth, with one deadpanning "I said… I'm glad we brought earplugs!" It's a genuinely funny snapshot of the gang's wild energy, rendered with Severin's sharp comic timing and bright, eye-catching colors. With a story titled "The Biggest Fishy Story Yet," there's clearly plenty of imagination and adventure waiting inside.
