O agente secreto Phil Corrigan é chamado para contactar Joe Falcon, um ex-chefe do Sindicato deportado e doente na Riviera, que deseja colaborar com o F.B.I. para limpar o seu nome pela sua filha, Cheryl. Contudo, ao chegar, Corrigan descobre que Falcon morreu.
