Multiple Man #3

The cover by Marcos Martín frames Jamie Madrox — Multiple Man himself — at its center, his determined face staring out from a grid of fragmented panels that surrounds him with a striking cast including Wolverine, the Hulk, Cable, and what appears to be an armored figure, all pieced together like a living mosaic of Marvel muscle. It's a clever visual metaphor for a character whose whole identity is about multiplicity, and Martín's clean, precise linework gives the composition a cool, puzzle-box energy. Writer Matt Rosenberg, artist Andy MacDonald, and colorist Tamra Bonvillain keep this 2018 limited series feeling like one of Marvel's more inventive rides.
