Part of Marvel's Midnight Sons line, this May 1994 issue of Morbius: The Living Vampire arrives as part three of the "Dance of the Hunter!" arc, with a Spider-Man crossover adding extra intrigue. The cover by Nick Napolitano and Ralph Cabrera presents a striking image of Morbius lunging forward with fangs bared and claws extended, his dark hair and purple-tinted costume streaming behind him, while a pale, spike-haired menacing figure in a dark cloak looms ominously in the background. It's a tense, atmospheric composition that captures the hunter-versus-hunted energy of the "Stalkers" story perfectly.
