Moon Knight #2
David Finch and Danny Miki deliver a striking cover for this 2006 Marvel series — Moon Knight looms large in his battered white costume, crouching low against a rain-slicked rooftop while a pale moon hangs in the darkness behind him. The figure is tattered, intense, and undeniably compelling, setting a grim, street-level tone that fits the story's chapter title, "Fear, More Than God," perfectly. Charlie Huston's run on the character was clearly aiming for something raw and uncompromising, and this second issue's cover makes that ambition immediately apparent.
