"The Boss of Ice Alley" follows Tony Cuda's visit to jewelry broker Duncan G. Boggs, whose partner Charlie has stolen jewelry and gone into hiding with his "pinkies." Tony attempts to negotiate a deal, but after leaving, Duncan reveals to Charlie that he plans to play dirty and cut Tony out of the business. A woman named Mildred becomes involved in the scheme, helping Craig escape from authorities, but he is eventually captured by police. The story concludes with a mortician's involvement and reveals that the stolen goods have been recovered, though tensions and betrayals among the criminals suggest ongoing danger and retribution.
